Sometimes I write a lot,  sometimes weeks go by and I don’t pay it much mind.

My interests are varied which helps keep my head occupied to an amount that I find enjoyable.

The interests I will probably talk about include but are not limited to;  Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, programming, snowboarding, windsurfing, mountain biking, meditation, trekking, and music.

My hope is that something shared here brings a little light to your day or sparks your interest in something new.

But if not, oh well.
