It’s the first of July so I thought I do a follow up on the Reebok Run Tones I purchased Q&A style:
- Is there a notable difference? Yes
- Is your ass as nice as the following picture after a month of use?
Nope. But that is a good thing. Also, the shoes pictured here are the women’s version and are meant more for just walking. The guys shoes have a different setup. - So what is it that makes them worth while? I noticed it the first time I went to wear a different pair of shoes. Typically during the summer I wear flip flops or running shoes. Walking around in flip flops I couldn’t tell much of a difference at first. A week ago I took a hike and put on some old trail running shoes and could tell I was walking differently. My legs felt really stable. My stance noticeably much stronger. I felt sturdy no matter how steep the trail became. Walking around on pavement is different too. I just feel solid!
- How do I use them? Daily for walking and also for running. The added bonus is they are wider in the ball of my foot than the shoes I usually use for running so my toes don’t get bunched up and crampy.
